21 Days Mera Peak climb is one of the easiest climbs for people who are interested for climb high mountains. If your interest is climbing mountains, you can begin with the Island Peak climb of Mera peak Climb. Climbing Mera Peak is quite challenging as well, because it is already risky and difficult.
Firstly, climbing Mera Peak is at 6,654 meters, is one of the highest trekking peaks of Nepal. It is situated in one of the remote, isolated areas of Khumbu. The trek starts from the village of Lukla, the gateway to Everest Base Camp. The trek from here leads to the adjoining high mountain hills of Naulekh. As we leave the last settlement behind, heading east for a steep climb of three hours to the top of the ridge. From here, it’s a steep descent to the hidden valley of Hinku. As the bottom is reached, the valley still pleasant walk takes you through the serene forest of pines and rhododendron with grazing pastures and meadows.
Mera Peak Climb
Then, a Mera Peak high camp is at 5,800 meter foot walk in the mountains. The climb to the summit is technically straightforward on a long glacier. From high camp, we should use climbing gear to go to the summit. It will be one of the dream achieving reach the top of Mera Peak.
At the summit, we will have time to immerse ourselves with surrounding beauty and panorama of the mountains. It include the top five 8000 meter Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Kanchenjunga and Mt.Cho-Oyu. After the great and challenging trek, we retrace our remaining journey back to Lukla. Next morning the sweeping flight back to Kathmandu.

Day 01: Arrive at Kathmandu. 1,300m meet and transfer to Hotel.
Day 02: A day in Kathmandu. Optional guided tour on request.
Day 03: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla. Approx: 45 minutes flight to Lukla 2,800m.
Day 04: Trek to Chutanga 3,430m 3-4 hrs walks.
Day 05: Rest day at Chutanga.
Day 06: Trek to Tuli Kharka 4,300m. 6-7 hrs.
Day 07: Trek to Mousum Kharka. 3,430m. 3-4 hrs.
Day 08: Trek to Thagnag. 4,360m. approx. 5hrs.
Day 09: Rest day for acclimatisation.
Day 10: Trek to Kharka. Mera Base Camp. 5,000m 4-5 hrs.
Day 11: At Kharka. Mera Base Camp.
Day 12: Trek to Mera High Camp. 5,800m 6 hrs.
Day 13: At Mera Peak High Camp.
Day 14: Climb of Mera 6, 471m and return to lower Base Camp at 5,000m.
Day 15: Spare day in case of delay and bad weather.
Day 16: Trek back to Thagnag.
Day 17: Trek to Mousum Kharka.
Day 18: Trek to Lukla.
Day 19: Fly Lukla to Kathmandu.
Day 20: In Kathmandu.
Day 21: Transfer to Airport for the International departure.
