Pilgrimage trek of Nepal covered the central Himalayan location, amazing valleys & gorge, traditional culture & Buddhist religion, pristine forest, area of the red pandas, glacial sacred pond and in the close backdrop of the high Langtang Himalayan range.

Langtang Gosainkunda Trek area offers a range of cultures with the main three ethnic peoples living in are the Tamangs, Yolmus and Bhotias who have originated from Tibet in the past 500 years till the mid 20th century. In a southern section of the park lies a small area of sub-tropical chestnut forest, along with unique Sal forest. In the Langtang valley trek the hill forest (2,000-2,600m) across the southern slopes of the park consists of Chir Pine, Rhododendron, Nepalese Alder and Oak. Moving north and higher, the Mountain zone (2,600-3,000m) are mainly Mountain Oak, fading to Silver Fir, Hemlock and Larch in the lower sub-alpine zone (3,000-3,6000m); throughout these zones, several species of Rhododendron trees form a twisted and colorful under story, continuing higher to tree line Birch and Fir forest are the last to survive.

This fabulous trek situated north of Kathmandu 60 km. as the crow fly, a perfect combination of moderate and vigorous walk leading to the high alpine valley with the backdrop of high snow capped peaks, in the spring this place is alive with wild flowers and head to the shimmering lakes at Gosainkund. It is no wonder this area is sacred, affording views extending all the way to the Annapurna’s. Cross Laurabina Yak La Pass, (4,615 m), adjoining the Gosainkund and Helambu regions.

Langtang Gosainkunda Trek is on of the popular pilgrimage and adventure Trekking in Nepal. This trekking start from Syabrubeshi and heading up to Langtang valley then walk up to Gosainkunda lake which is must popular for Hindu people.

Outline Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive at Kathmandu.1, 300m via respective airlines.
Day 02: Drive from Kathmandu -Syabrubesi 1,900m. Approx 7-8 hours
Day 03: Trek to Lama Hotel 2, 460m. 5-6 hours.
Day 04: Trek Trek to Langtang 3,500m 5/6 hours walk.
Day 05: Trek to Kyangin Gompa 3,850m. 3/4 hours walking distance
Day 06: Trek to Lama Hotel 2, 470m. 6-7 hours walk.
Day 07: Trek to Upper Syabru 2,720m. 5-6 hours walk.
Day 08: Trek to Singh Gompa / Chandanbari 3,250m 4-5 hours.
Day 09: Trek to Gosainkund 4,380m. 5 hours walk.
Day 10: Trek to Dhunche 7/8 hours walking
Day 11: Drive back to Kathmandu 5/6hours Drive
Day 12: Transfer to International Airport for your onward to destination.
