Outline Itinerary

Day1: An Arrival in Kathmandu Airport 1370m and Transfer to Hotel
Day2: Drive from kathmandu to Pokhara 830m
Day3: Drive from pokhara to Nayapul and trek to Ghandruk 1960m
Day4: Trek from Ghandruk to Banthanti 2670m via Tadapani
Day5: Trek from Banthanti to Ghorepani (2853m.) which takes about five hours.
Day6: Trek from Ghorepani to Nayapul and drive back to Pokhara
Day7: Drive from pokhara to Kathmandu
Day8: Final departure from Nepal T.I.A

Ghorepani poon hill Ghandruk trek leads with a short drive towards rolling green hills past farm villages of Gurung and Poon / Magar people and into cool alpine forest of rhododendron, regarded as world’s largest natural garden in the shade of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri Himalaya.

Finally our scenic walks reaches highlight of the trek at Ghorepani village for an hour hike to Poon Hill at 3,210 m high, offers panorama of world’s highest peaks from Dhaulagiri-Annapurna and Manaslu with other adjoining mountains with stunning sunrise views.

After a wonderful moment heading back to Pokhara, taking an alternative route through a large village of Gurung people at Ghandruk, with grand views of snow-capped peaks all the way, and in the comfort of a nice and cozy local lodge known as a Tea-House.

At Ghandruk, explore the Gurung village of immense culture and tradition with its small Gurung museum, and then our last leg of the journey ends at a road head for the drive back to picturesque Pokhara to conclude this memorable and enjoyable Ghandruk  Ghorepani Trek.
