During this trek, you will stay in teahouse lodge. It is small and family guesthouses that provide basic lodging and meals. There teahouses are available in almost every village along the route.

Rooms: Simple twin sharing rooms with beds, blanckets and pillows. Some tea houses offer private rooms with attached bathroom.
Toilets: Shared bathrooms with either western-style or Asian-style toilets. Hot Showers are available for an extra charge.
WIFI: Most place available Wi-Fi in lower areas and some place in higher villages but need to pay small amount for use. The connection may be slow or unreliable at higher altitude.
Electricity/Charging: It is available in most places, often for small fees.
Food on the trek is nutritious, freshly prepared, and vegetarian-friendly, as most ingredients are carried up by porters or mules. The menu usually similar across teahouses, based on standard set approved by the local tourism committee.

– Avoid eating meat at higher elevations- it is often not fresh due to transportation issues.
– Carry energy bars or dry snacks for extra fuel on long days.
– Teahouses fill up quickly in peak seasons. So, better to pre-booking or starting early is recommended.
