To cover your booking of the trip the 15% down payment requires the creation of proceeds as per company policy. As Nepal has always been one of the most preferred tourist destinations such as Everest Base Camp Trek, Annapurna Circuit Trek, Gorepani Poon Hill, and many more, we persuade you to make progress payments on time to make an early and safe reservation.
The rest payment for the outstanding balance can begin upon your arrival in Kathmandu. If you choose to settle balance payments by credit card and processes, the charge will be taken. A satisfactory percentage of the bank transfer charge has to be paid.
No refund will be given for a 30% advance deposit in case of trip cancellation for any region. Having paid the full amount of any trip, you are permitted to acquire a refund in fact if you want to cancel your trip. Still, the cancellation charge invoice is to you. All required articles should be accessible in series for example to issue visas, necessary permits, etc. We are not liable in case of any trip obligation not complicated in time before the trip departs on the lack of required papers and documents.

To secure a booking, the Company requires a complete booking form jointly with a deposit of 30% of the total per person price of the trip, or if less than 30 days are remaining until the trip is due to commence, the Company requires full payment of the trip. A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when the Company has confirmed acceptance by issuing the Client a trip verification e-mail. It is at this point that a contract between the Company and the Client comes into survival.
